CONTINUING CHAPTER ONE

When I arrived, I was the only one there. Only the King in his outdoor throne. He was looking at his time device, so he never noticed me standing there, waiting for my results. When he finally looked up, exclaimed, "Oh, my apologies miss, I thought I heard feet walking. But, never mind that. Oh, were are the others. They are trusted by my family, so they should be here," "Excuse me, sir, but who?" the King was about to answer, when two elegantly dressed people scurried  up. One was a young  man, and the other a young woman. " Oh, forgive us, for we are dreadfully sorry. We forgot immediately, but luckily our dear mother reminded us," the young lady cried all in one breath. "Very well. I have mercy on you. But, the next time I see you late when my counselors say 'sharp' I will have to keep my word of punishing you. You are always late. But, I shall keep my promise. Now, for the test results. Molly, you shall work with your brother as a nurse, and your brother shall work with you," thundered the King in reply to the young girl. The girl who was found to be Molly stared at him in shock. Now,  I recognized her. She was in my third grade class when I had last spoken to her. She never did care for me. She didn't even look at me as she'd approached. "Now, you," he said, pointing his finger at me. "You get more than being a scullery maid. Yes, you're a scullery maid, but, your chief of all of my servants and maids, " he said, still pointing. "Your majesty, are you positive that you have the correct results?" "Positive," he replied to my question.
